As a wedding photographer based in Oxford I am blessed by being surrounded by so many fabulous wedding venues of all shapes and sizes. In early April I had Laura & Tom’s wedding at Caswell House which is located between Oxford and Cheltenham in the Cotswold countryside. It was a crisp and cold day and quite windy but thankfully we got lots of blue skies as well. Tom is from Wales which I am sure accounts for the flower scheme consisting entirely of daffodils which were everywhere and looked really brilliant. My brief for their wedding was perfect for me as they simply wanted me present to capture the day and, aside from a few portraits and group shots, I was free to mingle and capture what was happening in front of me. This included a lot of laughing, some of the best speeches I have heard for a long time, impromptu wedding racing (!) and some properly good dancing.
Beautiful clear dusk skies resulted in a quick outing for some portraits before I headed off leaving Laura & Tom to dance the night away.

Great set of images Tom! Love how you've manage to catch the small details that could easily go unnoticed...like the timer on the iphone (I imagine being used to time the speeches!)
