Last week I worked with ACDI/VOCA to photograph the visit of a group of people from Palos Blanos in the northern Yungas of Bolivia. They have a school for the blind and some of the students came to La Paz for a visit organised by ACDI/VOCA, a US NGO working on Civil Society projects.
