For me photographing bridal prep is a great way to start the documenting of a wedding day. Usually the pace is more relaxed than you might imagine and it is an opportunity to tell the story from the start of the day. In addition they are images from a part of the day that the groom has not had access to. I like this image because there is so much to look at. Taken at Kingston Bagpuize House in Oxfordshire the room is clearly grand and stateley, the bride is centre stage with all eyes on her including the person unseen on the right apart from their hands holding a camera to capture the moment.
