As an Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer it is always nice to photograph at new venues. Kathryn & Rob got married at St. Martin’s Church in Bladon. Located just down the road from Blenheim Palace (where we did an engagement shoot several months before) it is well known as the burial location of Winston Churchill and his family. It is a beautiful church and the church volunteers had worked incredibly hard decorating the interior and exterior for the wedding. The service was conducted by the vicar who is also a good friend of Kathryn & Rob and was a really personal occasion as a result.
After the service guests made their way to the fabulous Caswell House in Brize Norton, Oxfordshire where they enjoyed the beautiful Cotswold surroundings and their own personal Tiger Moth fly-by arranged by Rob. The speeches were some of the best I have heard and the subsequent ceilidh dancing wasn’t bad either….
